We design spaces that connect people to nature everyday.
We are a landscape architecture and public art firm. Our projects encompass master plans, city playgrounds, nature recreation areas, public art installations, townhome pocket parks, and residential gardens with the goal of connecting people to the natural world. We honor the beauty and resiliency of each place to create work that is colorful, verdant, and fun.
Design Philosophy & Approach
We are collaborative. We love what we do and it comes across in every aspect of our work. We are excellent listeners and problem-solvers. We approach each project as an opportunity to be inventive, playful, strategic, and visionary.
Our practice is based on the belief that a connection to the natural world can be created anywhere. We draw from expertise in visual art, environmental science, and urban design to create landscapes where people can experience a sense of wonder and meaningful connection with their environment. We believe the results create a greater level of empathy and a stronger social fabric for communities. We work in direct collaboration with specialized consultants in fabrication, materials, the arts, architecture, and engineering. This allows our studio to be nimble and flexible to take on projects that don't fit a typical mold, but instead create the most value for a project and the most impact for the communities we serve.
