Site planning for a renewed trailhead and public park concept where the MKT hike and bike trail meets Yale Street.

Prompted by a re-configuration of the trailhead and crosswalk connections, the concept design for the Park at Yale creates a meetup and gathering space for a busy community walk and bike connector.

The community organizations, including a Tale of Two Bridges, are spearheading better amenities and connectivity for Heights neighborhood residents. The trailhead park is collaborating with the Miyawaki Forest planting initiative of the Urban Green Initiative to plant a demonstration of the Miyawaki method.
