Lunch is a permanent public art commission with Harris County Precinct 2 for Bill Crawley Park in East Aldine, Texas.
A collaborative work with artists Eleazar Ruiz and Alex Larsen, Lunch celebrates the multicultural aspects of food and gathering together around a shared meal.
Conceived as a mosaic sculpture with ceramic relief plates of food, the artwork invites participation among the park’s existing picnic tables and public gathering spaces.
